I. Meeting called to order by Gary Brownwell President, at 6:37 P.M.
Board members present: Gary Brownwell, Kelly Brownwell, Jay Campbell & Kay Dean

2. Review and Approve Agenda for February 25, 2003

Property Owner/Homeowner Comment Forum Per NRS 116:
Nicole passed along that the Tippett's asked for road work to be done on
Palisade.
Gary said that they got road base lost year and them are several other roads ahead
of them scheduled for road base. He also said that he would have the road graded
as soon as the grader Is repaired.
Key went to a discussion regarding white top In Rainbow Bend. She said that Jeanne
Gribben takes really good care of the white top In the Highlands.
4. Architectural review
Lot 186 - Bob Stranski cedar sided house on Castle Peak approved
Lot 130 - Pete Binzel log home on Yellow Jacket approved. Plans to be released upon
receipt of check
Lot 224 - Received plans and check from Craig Young
Lot 243 - Received check from Jerry Tamer to start variance process for dome house
on Flat Iron
Reviewed survey results (attached). Kay wants to set up a brainstorming meeting to
discuss results and start process of revising Architectural Guidelines and CC&R's.
Notice to be posted at mailboxes, website and Nicole will post In the newspaper.
A big thank you to Kay for all her time and effort on this project

Road Report
More Private Property/No Trespassing signs were ordered for the remainder of the
entrances; grader is in the process of being fixed; snow plowed In January: most of
the roads were graded 01/28 - 01/31; George got the okay from his doctors to come
back to work part time.
8. Review Correspondence
The Association was dismissed from the lawsuit. The attorney Is requesting attorney fees
to be reimbursed.
