  1. Meeting called to order by Mike at 6:44 p.m.

Richard Guimond, Maggie Hohn, Bill and Shelley Hansen, Jeff Leathley, Ken and Erika Ketola, Steve and Donna Dragonich, Joe Coppick, Al Mason, Nicole Frens and Stephen Mitstein.  Ed Dederich was ill and asked Sharon Dixon to be his proxy.

      Decide what to do with CD’s as they mature.  M-Sharon   2-Lou   U

      Approve and accept Finance Report prepared by Maggie Hohn.  M-Jim   2-Sharon  U

5.  Committee Reports-Lou spoke about future roads. Lou and Ed are developing a road need    and cost analysis.  A sign up sheet went around the room to create a new Road Committee.

     Jim said that the Arch committee approved one house plan for lot #320.

  1. Grader: Discuss offer for grader from Randy Dean.  $4,000.00 offered by the Deans.

  1. Road Maintenance Contract-Mike presented a contract from an attorney in Reno for

  1. A request was submitted for a Hummer club to drive up Toll Road to Virginia City .
  2. Attorney of Record.  Mike would like to us Mr. Gezelin as our Attorney of Record.

  1. Annual Meeting-date set for June 4, 2005.  Sharon will get the letter and candidates info

  1. Correspondence:  Kay Dean sent a letter about roads

Randall Taylor called Lou and asked if he could use/rent space to store his equipment.

  1. Property Owner Comment:  The Hansens, Richard Guimond and Joe Coppick requested

further information about Crownpoint.  Sharon will follow up with a meeting at the Nevada State Contractors Board.

  1. March meeting date is March 29, 2005.
