BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING MINUTES


March 25, 2003

1.       Meeting called to order by Gary Brownwell, President, at 6:42 P.M.
Board members prevent: Gary Brownwell, Kelly Brownwell, Jay Campbell, Kay Dean,
Lou Tassone

2.     Review and Approve Agenda for March 25, 2003

3.    Property Owner/Homeowner Comments/M embers Forum Per NRS 116:
Dale and Jayde Introduced themselves. Nicole told Gary that Palisade Is in great shape.


4.    Architectural review


Lot 224 on Musket approved (Craig Young)

Check for lot 130 received and plans are back to contractor

Received another written complaint on Lot 446 on Lousetown. Will follow up with a
letter to the owner requesting they clean up the junk, etc. on the property


Survey results reviewed. Will post a "Brainstorming Session" flyer at mailboxes to
form a committee. Will shoot for a Saturday at the Fire Station


Received new plans for Lot 332 (Mahan)

Lot 283 (Ortman) submitted plans. They will revise them to comply with the 1200
square foot minimum.

5.      Review and approve minutes from March 25, 2003 meeting

6.     Review and approve Treasurer's Report for March 2003

Treasurer's report not at meeting. Continue till April 29, 2003 meeting

 

7.     Road Report


Continue working on the brakes on the grader and on the "No Trespassing" signs at
all entrances to the Highlands. Want to discuss which roads to grt gravel this year,
but since we do not have "Treasurer's Report,"  thls will have to wait till April.  Must
also see how much our portion of the shoulder work on Cartwright will be.


Joe Coppick has a problem with the south end of Bullfrog being so rocky and not
maintained. He is concerned somebody will get hurt on that section and who would be
liable. He may check with his attorney. Gary said he could put a "Private Property /
No Trespassing" sign at the site.
