  1. Meeting called to order by Mike McDonough at 6:30 p.m.

Board Members present:  Mike McDonough, Ed Diederich, Jim Dakin, Sharon Dixon and Lou Tassone.

  1. Review and approve Agenda for September 28, 2004

It was suggested that we change a line item on the Treasurer’s report to reflect the true nature of the expenditure.

  1. Committee Reports:
    1. Roads-Lou-Road meeting with the One Acre Association: 

It was suggested that the Associations work together and rent a grader or contract out for a grader to do all the roads in the Highlands.  A $10,000.00 price was decided on for the HRPOA’s portion.

    1. Other road problems exist and need immediate attention, Lou was calling          

on a possible rental of a grader to resolve problem areas.

  1. Architectural Review of submitted plans

Lot 66 –garage, shop and house

Lot 181-remodel

  1. Complaint form:  It was voted that we accept a complaint form for neighbor 

Complaints that concern CC&Rs.

  1. Fine Survey:  Mike suggested choosing what should be an action and addressing

it at the next meeting.  

  1. Spray-On-Siding for mailboxes:  Mike will attend the next One Acre Meeting to

discuss the possibility of painting the mailboxes soon.

Sherry Sampson-There is an abandoned grader on her road

Dale Ortman-Thanked Lou for taking over as Road Manager

Kelly Brownwell-Road work should be done by the man that is employed by the Association since a grader would be available for small jobs why not finish our roads with it and the regular driver.  Contractors are very busy this time of year and getting a proposal would be well into winter.

  1. Amend Agenda to reflect Dues for 2005. Vote to keep dues at $200.00 per lot.
