BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING MINUTES

        January 29, 2002

      1.   Meeting called to order by Gary Brownwell, President, at 6:45 P.M.

Board members present:  Gary Brownwell,  Kelly Morris & Kay Dean.

Jim Russell arrived after owner comments.

Sign in sheet:  Lydia Hammack, Nicole Frens, Sherry Sampson

 

2.    Review and Approve Agenda for October 30, 2001

M – Kay     S – Kelly     V – Unanimous

 

3.    Property Owner/Homeowner Comment/Members Forum Per NRS 116:

** Lydia said that web site is up & running (www.hrpoa.org).

She gave Kelly & Gary a copy of everything current to date.

** Owner concerned about size of sign on adjourning property.

(sign is actually on neighbor’s property)

** Owner is concerned about road being torn ( sp corrected) up by winter construction.

**Owner concerned about exterior lights on Lousetown & Barrel Springs.

 

4.      Architectural review of submitted plans

             Architectural report as follows:

Approved plans for lot #47 (everything except site plan)

Approved remodel for McCains

Approved fence for Dixon’s on Cartwright

Letter of non-compliance sent to lot #73

 8.   Road Report

Agreed to raise George to $20 per hour.

Discussed purchase of second snow plow, which board had approved over phone.

Discussion on Eric Tippett’s request for reimbursement for road work and gravel.

To be put on February’s agenda.

 

  9.    Reserve Fund Study - to be continued

         Kelly to check with attorney for names.
