                                             BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING MINUTES

 OCTOBER 26, 2004

Meeting called to order by Mike McDonough at 6:30 p.m.
 
1. Review and approve the Agenda for October 26, 2004 meeting

2.  Ed Diedrich could not attend, he sent a proxy letter giving Mike the President
     permission to vote on his behalf.
 
3.  Review and approve minutes from the September 28, 2004 meeting

4.  Review and approve the Treasurer’s Report for October.

5.  Committee Reports-
      Roads was again the main focus.  Lou called a committee to meet and discuss the options for the
      Road and the grader.  The committee would be two people from the one acre committee, John
      (Road Manager for the one acre committee), and Jim Watson. 
 
       The fate of the grader will also be decided at that time.
 
6.    Review annual letter for dues and 2005 Budget.  The 2005 budget was agreed upon by Board
       Members and will be ratified in January.

7.   Complaint Procedure-The new complaint form was reviewed and Lydia Hammack will post it
       On the website.  This form is to be used for any formal complaints concerning violations of the
        CC and R’s.

8.  Fine Schedule:  Fines were discussed, Jim Dakin and Sharon Dixon said they must abstain from
     voting on this issue.
 
9.  Mike spoke to the Spray on Siding people, the painting of the mailbox complex will be completed   
     in the spring with no charge to the association.
 
10.  A special workshop with the one acre association concerning the roads.  Lou will continue with
     a committee to look into a joint venture.
 
11. Review Correspondence: A letter from the new owners of a piece of property on Palisade
      concerning a road to get equipment in on for improvements.  Lou said he would take care
       of the problem.
 
12.  Homeowner Comment: 
      There were questions about the complaint form.
      
13.  Set next meeting date for January 25,2005
