1.    Meeting called to order by Gary Brownwell, President, at 6:45 P.M. Board members present : Gary Brownwell, Lou Tassone, and Jim Russell

Sign in: Nicole Frens, Sherry Sampson, Eric Middleton, Rachel Joiner, Dustin Hall, Jay Campbell, Iris Campbell, Chad and  Carol Pittsley

2.     Review and approve agenda for June 25, 2002

3. POA comments- None

4.    Install Jay Campbell onto board of directors

5.    Rachael Joiner- student conservation corps. Talked about what they accomplish when they come to your property to do a free home evaluation. They will advise as needed in helping property owners clean their property in order to have a FireSafe situation.

6.     Architectural review

Lot 206 - Middleton - make corrections and return

Lot 475- Pittsley - Corrections to  be made and returned

7.     Review and Approve Minutes, May 28, 2002 & June 15, 2002

with the addition of the Hohns plans lot 400 were submitted in at the March, 2002 meeting

8.       Review and approved Treasurers report

9.   Road report, replacing culverts at Bullion, Cartwright & Bullfrog, Livery & Calavaras.

10.   Table Reserve Study

11. Talked about different questions decided to table

12.   Discussion-Action to go before commissioners for final approval of plans from POA before County approves and issues a certificate of occupancy.

13.   Approve & sign letters of thanks for speakers and use of the Delta meeting room
