BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING MINUTES

                                                                     August 28, 2001

Please note: approved at September 25, 2001 meeting.

1. Meeting called to order by Lydia Hammack, President at 6:30 PM.

Board members present : Lydia Hammack, Gary Brownwell, Lou Tassone, Kelly Morris & Kay Dean

2. Review and Approve Agenda for August 28, 2001:

M -Jeff S - Gary V_- Unanimous

3. Property Owner/Homeowner Comment/Members Forum Per NRS 116 :

3 a. Ed D. said lights not working right still.  Aaron concerned about the amount of trash around the mailboxes as well.

Put on agenda to discuss next month.

3 b. Lydia resigning for medical reasons. Much debate , but Lydia informed the board decision is final & Lou said have Gary and Lydia switch jobs until the 30 th of September when the resignation is final.

4. Architectural review of submitted plans: Approved # 339 Coppick.

Lot 73 # Owners to comply w. plans -paint siding & garage door.

5. Review & Approve Minutes from : July 31, 2001 meeting -

continued to next meeting

6. Review and Approve Treasurers Report for August 2001:

Cartwright Rd -continued until money is received from the 1’s.

7. Highlands Park Master Plan. Motion to approve plans submitted at last mtg.

8. Road report: Gary gave report.

Roads being done on a case by case basis, mostly grading.

Discussion of funds available for 2 or 3 more miles of gravel needed for high traffic areas & a few long runs of gravel to roads where people are building.      Sign down at Cartwright and Hamilton.

9. Reserve Fund Study- continued

10. Review Correspondence . Attorney/ Property Owners/ CC & R’s

Letter from atty. & lot owner- send to Gunderson. Letter about resident agent. Board will send papers to Gunderson asking him to be resident agent.

State filing fee of $3.00 per lot received -will be paid this month.

11. Reviewed Delinquent Dues payment again for liens. Motion to have Atty. send out letter to all owners who have failed to respond to the first atty. letter.
