  1. Meeting called to order by Gary Brownwell, President, at 6:38 P.M.

**Jeff Wilkes suggested that we post a note at the old bulletin boards advising to see the new bulletin boards between the mailbox enclosures

  1. Road Report

Work continues on cleaning culverts

General Maintenance of Roads – see George’s time card

Aug. 2nd received call from Storey County Dispatch regarding flash flood in Highalnds.  Gary and Kelly shoveled mud, logs, rocks and debris off Cartwright Rd.

Put on Sept. agenda to vote on closure of roads for one day.

 

  1. Architectural Report

Lot 402 – McDonough. Still waiting sample of wood siding above and below logs

Lot 77 – McCoy.  Variance letter was sent out and posted.  At least one negative response has been received.  Owner was given plans back to mark the plans with what % would be stucco.

Regarding survey – Jeff Wilkes suggested that we add in a question asking how people feel about dirt bikes and atv’s

 

  1. Reserve Fund Study

In progress.  Continued to Sept. meeting

 

  1. The All State riders sent a map and information to be posted on this event.
