1. Meeting called to order by Lydia Hammack, Vice -President at 6:40 PM.
Board members present : Lydia Hammack, Lou Tassone, & Kay Dean.

2. Review and Approve Agenda for August 28, 2001:

Gary Brownwell & Kelly Morris arrived- Lydia turned the meeting over to Gary.
3. Property Owner/Homeowner Comment/Members Forum Per NRS 116 :
Bill and Anita concerned and filed a complaint about the Motorcycle riding in the flats. Told to call the sheriff and file a formal complaint.
4. Architectural review of submitted plans: Lot 73 # Owners to comply w. plans -paint siding & garage door to a medium brown.
5. Review & Approve Minutes from : July 31, 2001 meeting -

6. Review and Approve Amended Treasurers Report for September 2001: Sept date - not August. Additional $ approved and paid to 1’s for Cartwright rd.
Ask bookkeeper to have reserve fund at bottom of report.

7. Pay bookkeeper hourly instead of monthly- no change keep monthly.

8. Road report: Gary gave report.
Roads getting better mostly grading now.
Discussion of funds available for 2 or 3 more miles of gravel needed for high traffic areas & a few long runs of gravel to roads where people are building.
Order culverts. Motion to approve road report.

9. Review Correspondence . Attorney/ Property Owners/ CC & R’s
Extension of 10 days for Schwedts payment of dues for 2000 plus atty. fees.
Retain atty. for lawsuit, filed response on 19th no retainer needed.
10. Reserve Fund Study- continued

11. Discussion & approval to pay for web server space. Lydia volunteers to maintain the site for the homeowners for free as long as minutes and agendas are emailed to her for easy posting.
Will have something ready for board before the annual mailing.
