Unless an emergency, no action may be taken upon a matter raised under t= his item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on the agenda as an item upon which action may be taken. Each association member wishing to speak will be asked to sign-in at the beginning of the meeting. The Board will hear only one association member at a time for= a three (3) minute period. An association member is limited to the numbe= r of times he/she is allowed to speak to the same question.
