Re:       Variance for Lot # 467

Dear Property Owner:

The owners of Lot # 467 have submitted plans for their storage building to be built on Hanaupah Road .  The plans are for a smooth metal building, 24’ by 40’ in size, and tan in color.  According to the current Architectural Guidelines, metal that is not textured to resemble a wood grain is not an allowed exterior siding material.

It is the policy of your Board of Directors to notify adjacent property owners (via certified mail), and to post this notice to inform all property owners in order to get their approval or denial for such deviation.

Please complete the bottom of this page and return it to the Association within 30 days.  Any responses not received within 30 days will be assumed to be in approval of this variance.
