3. Property Owner/Homeowner Comment/Members Forum.

Member’s forum is a period devoted to comments by owners and discussion of those comments. Except in emergencies, no action may be taken upon a matter under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on the agenda as an item upon which action may be taken. Each owner wishing to speak will be asked to sign-in at the beginning of the meeting. The board will hear only one owner at a time for a three (3) minute period. An owner is limited to the number of times he/she is allowed to speak to the same question.

4. Architectural Review of Submitted Plans or Variance/ *

5. Review and Approve Minutes from July 31, 2001 & August 28, 2001 Meetings *

6. Review and Approve Treasurers Report for September 2001 *

7. Discussion / Action : Pay bookkeeper by the hour instead of monthly *

8. Road Report : Culverts/ Gravel / Repairs

9. Review Correspondence : Attorney/ Property Owners/ CC & R’s Architectural Non-Compliance *

10. Reserve Fund Study - Hire Firm Recommended by Attorney *

11. Approve paying for HRPOA web server space. *

12. Set Next Meeting Date/ Adjournment
