1.   Establish Quorum for Meeting –25 % required per HRPOA Bylaws

2.   Call Meeting to order & Approve Agenda

3.   Board welcome to all property owners- Lydia Hammack (President)

      Reminder to members: Reflective address signs are still available- place your order at the Highlands Fire Station. Vehicle stickers are available for $1.00 –ask a board member after the meeting.

4.   Explain election under N.R.S.116 rules & assign volunteers to open and count ballots

5.   Presentation by VRWPA  - Olivia Fiamengo (VRWPA President)

6.   Presentation by Fire Department – Fire Chief Gary Hames

7.   Presentation by Storey County Commissioner – Chuck Haynes 

8.   Presentation by Sheriff Department – Sheriff Pat Whitten

9.   Presentation by Fire Safe Highlands -Marlene Rebori.

10.  Review current financial reports  -Lou Tassone (Treasurer/Secretary)

11.  Road Report—Gary Brownwell (Vice-President & Volunteer Road Manager)

12.  Architectural Committee Report - Jeff Wilkes (Architectural Committee Advisor)

13.  Report on Mailbox Project-Jim Dakin (Architectural Committee Advisor)

14. Announce election results

(All lot owners have a right to have a copy of the minutes or a summary of the minutes of this meeting distributed to them upon request if the association is paid $1.00 for the cost of making the distribution. (NRS.116.3108 Section 2 (a)).) Copies of the agenda will be posted at the mailboxes as well.
